Cyclone is a high-intensity group cycling class set to great music that will get your pulse racing and your legs pumping! Your instructor will lead you through hills, mountains, sprints, flats and interval training taking you through peaks and troughs of effort and giving you 45 minutes of pure pedal power.
Cyclone will give you the natural endorphin rush that only sweat and effort can provide! You will increase muscular endurance and vastly improve your fitness levels within just a few weeks. A fun, safe environment - a fantastic workout.
How fit do I need to be?
The intensity of the workout is controlled by the rider. Everyone can get a great workout - from the absolute novice to the hardcore cyclist.
What do I need to bring
- Bring a towel and a water bottle - you will definitely need both!
