Martial Combat is a class based on controlled combat skills combined with body weight exercises where you will learn coordination in striking, punching and kickboxing.
Martial combat will build confidence whilst improving your cardio fitness, core strength and flexibility through fun, powerful movements.
How fit do I need to be?
This is a great workout for everybody including beginners! Regular exercisers will also be pushed in each section of the class.
What do I need to bring
- Bring a towel and a water bottle
