Reopening Guidance

Whether you are looking to use our Tone Zone gyms, swimming pool, squash or badminton courts, everything you need to know about how we’re keeping you safe, adhering to social distancing and what to expect when you visit is detailed below.

Everyone is required to wear a mask on entry to the centres. You must wear a mask until you are inside the Tone Zone or squash court.

• Consult with your GP before taking up a new exercise regime
• Keep apart, even if you’re from the same household 
• Personal towels can be used. 
• Pick up your own personal cleaning spray and cloth – we’ll show you where from 
• Clean everything before and after use 
• Sanitise your hands regularly – we’ve provided lots of stations 
• Don’t share equipment and don’t move it from designated areas 
• We’ve unlocked our equipment so there is no need for you to touch the screens 
• At the end of your session we’ll show you where to dispose of your cloth and spray then we’ll escort you to the exit 
• Don’t forget to book in for your next session too 

• Swimmers must arrive beach ready as changing rooms will only be open for changing when exiting the pool. Changing rooms will be open but showers and lockers will remain closed. There are designated boxes around the swimming pool for you to store your valuables.
• Keep apart – we’ve marked out areas for you to leave your belongings and quickly dry off .
• You need to be a competent lane swimmer – 45 minute of swimming with minimal rest breaks.
