Squash and racketball are played by over half a million people in England every day and are great for people of all ages and fitness levels. Shots have great names like The Ramy, The Trickle Boast and a Rolling Nick....why not master them all?
At all levels of play, badminton promotes excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed, and precision. It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.
Table tennis has been extremely popular since Victorian times, when it was played by the upper-class as an after-dinner parlour game. Table tennis is available at all of our three sites – Medina, The Heights and Westridge.
