All interactions (likes, comments, shares etc.) count as entries.
There are no forms or sign-ups required.
You’ll automatically be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win prizes including one month of free of your One Card membership.
As an added bonus, we’ll also give away tickets to Medina Theatre shows and the December Panto – Beauty and the Beast.
All members who participate in the monthly competitions held throughout June, July and August will be automatically entered into our Super Draw!

Gyms: Access to three state-of-the-art gyms with free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, and functional training gear.
Fitness Classes: Unlimited weekly instructor-led classes for all abilities.
