If you have signed up online, you will need to collect your One Card from any 1Leisure reception at either Medina, The Heights or Westridge and don’t forget to get your parking permit also. If you are a new member, you have to have a gym induction before using the tone zones, which can be booked at reception or over the phone 01983 823880.

If you signup at reception at any of our 1Leisure centres, you will be issued with your One Card and parking permit.
