What is Cyclone?

Cyclone is a high-intensity group cycling class, you may recognise this as ‘Spin’. Get ready for an exhilarating journey through hills, mountains, sprints, flats and interval training.

Experience heart-pounding, calorie-burning sessions that will push your limits and take your fitness journey to the next level. Led by expert instructors, our Cyclone classes boast a dynamic, music-fuelled atmosphere designed to keep you motivated from start to finish.

Speak to the instructor if it’s your first class and they will explain how to set up the bike and understand the gears.

How to book

Classes need to be booked in advance of the class and can be booked up to 8 days in advance. There are three ways to secure your booking:

What to bring?

Your own water and a towel to wipe yourself down.

We recommend that you come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing – remember, our classes will get you moving! To help keep you hydrated, we have water fountains outside the Tone Zones to refill any reusable water bottle.

Attending a Class? Here’s what you need to know

Please check-in at reception and let us know which class you’re attending.

Allow 5 or 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start for check-in.

Dress appropriately for the class you are attending.

If this is your first class, please make yourself known to the class instructor and they will help explain anything you are not sure about or can answer any questions.

Can’t make your class – Cancel it!

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected hurdles your way, whether it’s work commitments, childcare issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Our fitness classes are limited so if you’ve reserved a space but are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel it. This allows us to offer your spot to another member.

How to cancel your class booking
Use the iSCUBA booking app or the website’s “Make a Booking” page after logging in to cancel your booking yourself.
Alternatively, you can simply call our reception and let us know that you can’t make it.
