Changing areas
Our centres have accessible changing and toilet facilities for users of all services.
Stairs and lifts
The facilities at The Heights and Westridge are on one level. Medina is on two levels with a lift to access the Tone Zone and Studio 2.
Tone Zones
All Tone Zones have wheelchair accessible equipment.
Pools
Medina and The Heights main pools have graduated steps with handrails. Both centres have hoists available to enable access to both large and small pools. Wet-side (pool) changing rooms are available which include a bed and a hoist. Please note that slings are not provided for any hoists.
