Book your space on our first menopause yoga workshop

After practicing Yoga for many years Tor completed yoga teacher training last year. Then decided to become a qualified menopause yoga teacher. Her aim is to help women and non-binary people at any stage of their menopause journey.
The workshop brings together Western science and Eastern wellbeing. You’ll leave with a toolkit of techniques to help ease and manage your MP symptoms.
The workshop includes information on:
  • menopause
  • our bodies
  • hormone replacement therapy
  • nutrition to boost energy
  • herbal remedies to balance hormones and lift mood
You’ll also learn gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to:
  • relieve stress and anxiety
  • hot flushes or irritability
  • calm and soothe the nervous system
We’re offering a safe space for you to share, listen, support and laugh with each other. You’ll leave the workshop feeling empowered, nurtured, and nourished. While knowing you’re not in this alone.

The workshop takes place at 1Leisure The Heights on Saturday 2 April, 1-4pm.

  • £9.45 for silver members
  • £18.90 for non-members
